Ordering and Deposit Payment

For STINGRAY standard editions (Gloss and Matte), customers may place an order directly through the official website. Once an order is successfully created, the order number and bank transfer details will be displayed.

After transferring the NT$30,000 deposit, customers must submit their order number and transfer information through the official VIC LINE account for payment verification.

Once VIC confirms receipt of the deposit, an order confirmation document will be provided individually, and subsequent order processing will begin.

For Atelier Edition, customization specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines must first be confirmed through the official LINE account. Deposit payment will then follow the instructions provided for the individual order.

Delivery timing

Carbon Gloss and Carbon Matte are delivered within 3 weeks after the order is established, excluding public holidays. Atelier Edition delivery timing is notified individually according to the confirmed customization requirements.

Founders Edition membership rights

The first 100 Founders Edition units establish a dedicated identity record. Membership becomes effective after product registration, is registered to the named original purchaser and may not be transferred with the product. Founders members receive one complimentary hardware-system upgrade, one complimentary replacement of the original sealing strip, priority access to major brand announcements and new-product information, and exclusive offers for designated parts upgrades and maintenance, subject to official announcements.

Product information

Engineering pages describe VIC development work and current verification records. A test record is not a rated speed, guarantee or recommended public-road driving speed. Drivers remain responsible for road conditions, local law, vehicle limits and safe operation.

Roof Bar Guide

The Roof Bar Guide is a VIC-organized fitment reference for Taiwan-market preparation. Some listed roof bars are third-party products and are not designed or manufactured by VIC. Final compatibility must be confirmed against the actual vehicle and the original manufacturer's latest information.
